Winthrop High School Photography

Here in the Winthrop High School Photography class, we try to instruct students to begin to capture the world through their own lens. Students participate in a range of different projects including portraits, landscapes, black and whites, various photo contest and personal projects. Students use Canon DSLR cameras while learning various editing softwares including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Students are encouraged to capture the world around them through their own unique perspective and share it with the world. Students also are responsible for capturing a variety of different evens throughout the school year to add to their personal collection, share with the school community and the town of WInthrop.
